2.2.3. If the outcome of an event is affected by criminal activities.

9. Self-Exclusion

9.1. By requesting self-exclusion, you agree to adhere to the specified terms which take effect immediately.

9.2. Self-exclusion periods can be 1, 3, 6, 12 months, or permanent. Requests must be made via Live Support.

9.3. During self-exclusion, you cannot access or withdraw from your account.

9.4. Pending bets will remain valid and settle according to official results.

9.5. After the self-exclusion period ends, you may withdraw winnings from qualifying bets.

9.6. You cannot alter or cancel the self-exclusion period until it has expired.

9.7. Contact customer services to extend your self-exclusion period.

9.8. Reinstatement of your account after self-exclusion can be requested via email to [email protected].

9.9. By self-excluding, you agree not to create new accounts, deposit funds, or place bets during the exclusion period. BCPLAY.fun is not liable for any losses during this time.
